On September 28th, The Cornell Hotel Society of LA & Orange County and the Pillsbury Institute of Hospitality Entrepreneurship presented "The Restaurant of the Future" - an esteemed panel of thought leaders who have created and driven disruptive growth at both Fortune 100 and start-ups, will seek to get to the core of how Restaurants will look in the future, and how to utilize digital evolution to grow to new heights.
